Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technology leadership and design consultancy for ICT infrastructure products and solutions, including servers, compute, storage, virtualization platforms, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), server operating systems, enterprise backup, disaster recovery solutions, and data center technologies. Support business growth by aligning strategically with vendors and partners, offering product development consultancy, and empowering sales teams with technical knowledge and go-to-market strategies. Be proficient in OEM server build configurators, various server OS platforms like Windows Server and Linux distributions, advanced virtualization concepts including containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, SAN/NAS storage architectures, and HCIs. Experience with cloud infrastructure services (IaaS/PaaS) from providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.

Design and architect IT compute infrastructure solutions tailored to customer requirements, supporting Sales and Technical Sales teams in solution positioning, customer presentations, demonstrations, and technical qualification to improve RFP/RFQ success rates. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, OEMs, partners, and internal teams to drive ICT business growth, ensure technical and commercial alignment, and develop competitive solutions. Lead solution design and consultancy for complex, multidomain ICT projects, managing technical scope, resources, success criteria, and stakeholder alignment to ensure effective service delivery. Enable Enterprise, Carrier, and SME Sales teams, including Sales Managers and Key Account Managers, through technical training on solution architectures, product features, unique selling points, industry best practices, and customer engagement strategies. Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Sales, Presales, and delivery teams to develop competitive solutions, strengthen go-to-market strategies, ensure smooth project execution, and enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Telecom, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field is mandatory. An MBA or MS in Project Management or Engineering Management is preferred. Relevant expert-level certifications in the domain are highly desirable. Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in service consultancy, partner cooperation, technology leadership, architecture and design, and system engineering.
