Manager / Sr. Manager – Admin & Security

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager or Senior Manager for Administration and Security to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of proven expertise in managing administration and security functions. This role requires a dedicated professional capable of overseeing multiple operational areas to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environment. Preference will be given to retired Army personnel due to the nature of the responsibilities involved.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall administration and security operations within the organization.
- Supervise security personnel to maintain a secure and safe workplace environment.
- Oversee facilities management, including transport, housekeeping, and general services to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with law enforcement agencies and other relevant authorities to address security matters and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in administration and security management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate security teams.
- Proven track record in managing facilities, transport, and housekeeping services.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Islamabad.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
