Novaplast Custom Molders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Manager – Supply Chain to lead and optimize the company’s end-to-end supply chain operations. This role involves managing procurement, production planning, inventory control, vendor coordination, warehousing, logistics, customer service, and overall supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills to ensure timely availability of raw materials, efficient production schedules, optimal inventory levels, and on-time delivery of finished goods. Additionally, the manager will maintain supplier relationships and coordinate closely with market customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement, production planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, warehousing, logistics, and customer service functions.
- Arrange raw materials according to production needs while maintaining optimum safety stock levels.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
- Evaluate supplier performance, conduct vendor assessments, and ensure timely procurement processes.
- Prepare purchase indents and purchase orders, managing necessary approvals.
- Supervise raw material receiving, goods receiving notes, inventory entries, and warehouse operations.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of physical inventory with ERP or software records.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels for both raw materials and finished goods.
- Develop production plans and delivery schedules specifically for China Motorcycle Companies and other market customers.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Finance, Stores, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage customer orders, handle complaints and feedback, coordinate billing, and oversee delivery requirements.
- Supervise logistics, dispatch activities, transportation, and third-party logistics providers.
- Manage customer bins, maintain bin ledgers, and ensure proper reconciliation.
- Monitor daily receipt of finished goods and verify quantities against Production Reports.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to supply chain, procurement, inventory, supplier, and customer performance.
- Lead and supervise supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams to meet departmental goals.
- Identify supply chain risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations, preferably within plastic manufacturing or automotive parts industries.
- Experience in plastic injection molding or automotive component manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of raw material planning and finished goods management.
- Proven experience working with China Motorcycle Companies and market customers.
- Expertise in supply chain forecasting and inventory optimization.

Required Skills and Competencies:
- In-depth understanding of procurement, inventory management, production planning, and warehouse operations.
- Experience in supplier evaluation, vendor negotiations, and logistics management.
- Familiarity with ERP or software-based inventory and procurement systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in North Nazimabad, Block B, Karachi. The role offers an opportunity to lead critical supply chain functions within a dynamic manufacturing environment, contributing directly to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
