- Lead overall warehouse functions including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, dispatch, and returns management.
- Ensure smooth, accurate, and timely handling of FMCG inventory with high SKU complexity.
- Maintain optimal warehouse layout, space planning, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).

- Identify gaps and opportunities for warehouse process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, statutory requirements, and industry regulations.
- Lead internal and external warehouse audits to meet quality and safety benchmarks.
