Manager Workplace Experience

The Manager Workplace Experience is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and engaging work environment that supports both business objectives and employee satisfaction. This position manages a diverse portfolio including facilities operations, workplace services, fleet management, vendor partnerships, hospitality, and administrative support. The role demands a focus on compliance, cost efficiency, and service excellence while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities & Workplace Management
Oversee the maintenance and infrastructure of workplace facilities to maintain a safe and compliant environment. Lead initiatives aimed at improving workplace conditions, optimizing space usage, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Track workplace performance metrics and identify areas for ongoing improvement.

Vendor & Contract Management
Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Handle contract negotiations, service level agreements, and procurement compliance. Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and implement strategies for continuous service enhancement.

Fleet & Administrative Services
Supervise fleet operations and related administrative functions. Oversee travel arrangements, visa support, and other workplace administrative services to promote operational efficiency and cost control.

Front Desk & Hospitality
Lead reception and hospitality services, maintaining exceptional standards for both visitors and employees. Support the planning and execution of workplace events and activities to cultivate a positive and engaging environment.

Budget, Safety & Compliance
Manage workplace budgets with an emphasis on cost optimization. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, security, and environmental regulations. Coordinate risk mitigation efforts, emergency preparedness, and business continuity plans.

Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of workplace professionals. Drive team performance, foster collaboration, and build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in facilities management, workplace experience, corporate services, or administration. Proven expertise in managing vendors and outsourced service providers is essential. Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills are critical for success in this role.
