Manager/AVP - Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities
As a Manager/AVP - Full Stack Engineer, you will design and develop full stack features that support the entire deal lifecycle. Your role involves ensuring platform reliability and security by applying disciplined engineering practices, automation, and strong controls. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions that meet business needs.

Required Qualifications
- 8 to 15 years of experience in engineering roles, preferably within financial services or asset management. Experience in retail or investment banking will also be considered.
- Proven expertise as a Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in Python, ReactJS, and FastAPI. Candidates with strong skills in Python and FastAPI, or FastAPI and ReactJS, are encouraged to apply.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL is essential. Experience with DBT and BigQuery is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices within an agile environment is preferred. Experience with tools such as Airflow is an advantage.
- Practical experience working with AWS Cloud is required. Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) or vice versa will be considered a plus.
- Prior involvement in the financial services sector, ideally asset management, is preferred.
