Responsibilities:
- Leave Management and Attendance Management
- To collect Weekly and monthly time sheets from all locations
- Benefit Administration (Medical, Allowances,Performance Bonus etc)
- To maintain Master data of blue collar staff in organized way
- Filing & Documentation of blue collar staff
- To assist Payroll Supervisor in compiling monthly Payroll of staff members at all locations
- To assist Payroll Supervisor in proceeding Final Settlements of employees accurately
- To handle hiring of blue collar staff as and when required basis
Requirements:
- BBA/BCOM (Diploma in HRM or Payroll administration would be plus)
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience of managing Payroll in the mid sized organization
- Proficient in MS Excel (V Lookup , Mail Merge , Pivot table)
- High Attention to detail and error less work
- Be able to handle matters tactfully and Diplomatically
- Be able to handle confidential information of Payroll
- Well Organized and plan tasks accordingly
- Be able to Communicate effectively at all levels
- Be a Problem solver and able to take minor decisions at his own
- Someone who does not require continuous supervision
- Conceptual knowledge about HR and its processes
- High level of Integrity is required
