• Responsible for driving continuous sales and Field Marketing in the assigned Area to achieve the business objectives.
• Managing Sales and enablement of the products in assigned Area / Territory I.e.
• Key Role is bring Market’s Agents (Property Dealer & Developers) on board for project
• Agent’s Assessment and rate their eligibility as premier partners.
• Share complete case study for short listed PPs with line manager for approval.
• Initiatives in the Area to achieve the overall sales objectives & goals.
• Project selling & investment advisory as well.
• Attending company provided leads / Clients of retail section and deal closing.
• All documentations regarding deals closing for both sides (Seller & Buyer).
• Sales Data maintaining on company provided applications and forms.
• Minimum 80% of Targets achievement for every month (In term of revenue, listing collection, agency on board).
