This role is ideal for candidates currently based in Pakistan who demonstrate a proven track record in trading financial markets such as forex, stocks, indices, or cryptocurrencies. The trader will collaborate closely with the company to develop a long-term trading operation focused on performance-driven results and risk management. The successful candidate takes full responsibility for analyzing financial markets, identifying opportunities, developing and executing robust trading strategies, and adhering strictly to risk management guidelines. The position requires maintaining accurate records of trades and performance, sharing regular updates on trading activities, and working professionally with a long-term mindset. This role does not involve managing a team, but strong self-management and a professional approach to trading are essential.
Responsibilities

Analyze financial markets including forex, stocks, indices, and cryptocurrencies to identify profitable trading opportunities.
Develop disciplined trading strategies based on thorough research and technical analysis.
Execute trades efficiently and monitor market movements to maximize profit potential.
Manage risk by implementing strict risk control measures and adhering to defined trading rules.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all trades and trading performance for transparency and evaluation.
Provide regular updates on trading activity, performance results, and any significant market events to the management.
Collaborate with the leadership at Mangospice Capital to continuously improve trading operations and strategies.
Maintain honesty, professionalism, and a long-term approach to trading activities.
Comply with all regulatory requirements, including securing appropriate UAE work authorization for relocation.
Demonstrate a commitment to relocating to Dubai and establishing a sustained professional partnership based on performance.
