Google Ads Expert

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of PPC strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality leads.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad performance.
Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
Optimize campaigns for CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Stay updated with Google Ads policies and algorithm changes.
Report campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to management.

Required Skills:

Google Ads Management – Expertise in creating, optimizing, and scaling PPC campaigns.
Keyword Research & Audience Targeting – Ability to find high-converting keywords and segment audiences effectively.
Landing Page Optimization – Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) to enhance ad performance.
Google Analytics & Conversion Tracking – Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and making data-driven decisions.
A/B Testing & Performance Analysis – Experience in testing different ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Budget & Bid Management – Skill in managing ad budgets to achieve the best ROI and ROAS.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Google Ads & Lead Generation.
Proven experience in running successful PPC campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of remarketing, display ads, and YouTube ads is a plus.
Google Ads Certification is a plus.
