- Received a requisition of requirement and prepare a comparative statement.
- Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery.
- Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
- Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders.
- Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
- Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
- Maintain of Payment Summary
- Maintain Invoice Record
- Coordinate with Finance and Stores
- Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Accomplishes purchasing and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Looks after production of specific products.
- Works on production scheduling and ensures timely follow ups with production Incharge and the design team.
- Merchandiser (procure vendors and materials)
- Source any design specific elements or products and negotiate accordingly
- Works on R&D of new production and maintain regular production as well, among other things
- Any other task that may be assigned by the management regarding development & maintenance
