MarFlex is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR professional to join our growing team as an HR Executive / HR Generalist. This role focuses on building a strong, productive, and employee-focused workplace by managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations effectively. The ideal candidate has a background in Human Resource Management or a related field and brings at least two years of relevant HR experience. The role emphasizes maintaining compliance with company policies and labor laws, supporting employee engagement and performance management initiatives, and assisting in the development and implementation of strategic HR procedures. The successful candidate will handle all aspects of recruitment, from sourcing and onboarding to maintaining accurate employee records and documentation. They will play a critical role in managing attendance, leave, and general HR operations while coordinating training and development programs. This position demands strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic and supportive environment at MarFlex.Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, selection, and onboarding of new employees to ensure timely hiring and effective integration.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation accurately to comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Oversee attendance tracking and leave management processes to ensure consistent and fair application across the organization.
- Support employee engagement programs and facilitate performance management activities that promote a productive and positive work culture.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws to protect employee rights and support organizational integrity.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, procedures, and best practices to enhance overall HR function and organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate and organize training and development initiatives aimed at improving employee skills and knowledge.
- Address employee inquiries, concerns, and disputes professionally to maintain positive workplace relations and a harmonious work environment.
- Collaborate with various departments to align HR practices with business objectives and support continuous organizational growth.
- Contribute to ongoing HR process improvements and participate in relevant projects or audits to enhance HR services.
