We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to provide essential sales and marketing support. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building a robust pipeline of leads, aligning with business plans, quotas, and company objectives. This role involves utilizing various channels such as phone calls, social media, and emails to generate and qualify leads effectively.
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Research, track, and regularly update leads database.
• Proactively make outbound calls to cultivate new business opportunities.
• Contact prospects to assess and qualify leads for potential conversion.
• Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage key clients and prospects.
• Conduct thorough customer research to enhance lead qualification.
• Participate in the preparation of proposals and sales presentations.
• Provide accurate and timely information to management for informed decision-making.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in lead generation or a related role.
• Strong comprehension of the sales and marketing funnel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in lead management tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in lead generation or a similar role.
