We are seeking a friendly, confident, and customer-oriented Furniture Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting furniture that fits their needs, style preferences, and budget. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills to help drive revenue and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly and provide detailed explanations of furniture products, including designs, materials, and pricing.
- Assist customers in choosing from a variety of furniture items such as sofas, beds, wardrobes, dining tables, and more.
- Offer information about wood quality, fabric options, colors, finishes, and durability to help customers make informed decisions.
- Address customer inquiries promptly, negotiate prices effectively, and close sales to meet targets.
- Maintain showroom displays, ensuring that furniture is presented attractively and in an organized manner.
- Prepare accurate quotations, manage customer orders, and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications

- Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage with diverse clientele.
- Solid knowledge of furniture designs, materials, and current market prices.
- Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and product presentation.
- Demonstrated honesty, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
- Previous experience in furniture sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Candidates with prior experience in furniture retail will have an advantage. This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs15,000 to Rs20,000. The role requires working in person at the showroom location, providing an opportunity to interact directly with customers and contribute to a dynamic retail environment.

The primary objective of this role is to deliver excellent customer service, increase furniture sales, and ensure overall customer satisfaction through knowledgeable assistance and professional conduct.
