About the Role
We are looking for a skilled WordPress SEO Executive to manage and optimize our company website for both search engines and user experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving website performance, implementing SEO best practices, optimizing WordPress pages, and supporting our goal of increasing organic traffic and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO for the company website.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies.
- Optimize website structure, URLs, metadata, headings, and internal linking.
- Update and manage website content using WordPress.
- Customize page layouts and improve website usability.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals.
- Perform technical SEO audits and resolve SEO issues.
- Monitor website rankings, traffic, and SEO performance.
- Build quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
- Submit and manage XML sitemaps and robots.txt.
- Monitor and resolve indexing issues using Google Search Console.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to improve organic visibility.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
- Regularly maintain and optimize existing website pages.

Requirements Must-Have Skills
- Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS.
- Good understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of website performance optimization.
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
