Marketing and Content Strategist

AiGenics is seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing and Content Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing and content strategies that enhance our brand presence, increase organic visibility, and drive meaningful audience engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong writing skills and a solid understanding of SEO and social media management. The position is full-time and based onsite at our MACHS office in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive content and digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and brand positioning.
- Plan, write, and manage engaging content across various platforms including social media, websites, blogs, guest publications, and marketing collateral.
- Create and maintain structured content calendars to ensure consistent publishing across all digital channels.
- Conduct keyword research and apply on-page SEO techniques to boost organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Optimize website content, blogs, and external publications such as Medium, adhering to SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand brand messaging, target audiences, and marketing objectives.
- Work closely with designers to produce creative assets that complement content and maintain brand consistency.
- Manage social media content, monitor audience engagement, and uphold a consistent digital brand presence.
- Track and analyze website traffic, SEO performance, social media metrics, and overall content effectiveness.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends and identify new opportunities to enhance brand awareness and online visibility.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements to strategy and execution.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content strategy, social media management, or SEO.
- Excellent command of English with strong content writing, copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and developing content calendars.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience creating SEO-optimized blogs, website content, and social media copy.
- Familiarity with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze content performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Karachi (MACHS). The working hours are morning shift. The monthly salary range is Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 110,000. Candidates must be comfortable working in person at the specified location.
