Marketing And Public Relations Manager

IntelliSec, a leading cybersecurity and technology services company, is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Marketing & PR Manager to enhance its brand presence and reputation within Pakistan’s technology and cybersecurity ecosystem. This role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive marketing, public relations, digital communications, and thought-leadership strategies that highlight IntelliSec’s achievements, partnerships, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Pakistani technology landscape and the ability to build strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders to effectively communicate IntelliSec’s story and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IntelliSec’s annual marketing and PR strategy to increase brand visibility and market engagement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology journalists, editors, influencers, and media organizations.
- Collaborate with leading technology and business platforms such as TechJuice, ProPakistani, Pakistan Today, podcasts, YouTube channels, LinkedIn creators, and relevant industry communities.
- Identify newsworthy company developments including customer wins, partnerships, new services, certifications, projects, milestones, awards, and industry initiatives.
- Create and distribute press releases, media pitches, corporate announcements, executive profiles, articles, case studies, and customer success stories.
- Facilitate opportunities for IntelliSec leadership to participate in interviews, podcasts, webinars, industry panels, conferences, and other thought-leadership activities.
- Manage IntelliSec’s LinkedIn presence and digital content strategy to engage target audiences effectively.
- Work closely with leadership and technical teams to translate complex cybersecurity topics into compelling, market-facing content.
- Identify and coordinate IntelliSec’s participation in relevant technology and cybersecurity events.
- Build and nurture relationships with technology influencers, communities, associations, and industry organizations.
- Monitor competitor activities, media trends, and developments within Pakistan’s technology and cybersecurity sectors.
- Track and analyze marketing and PR performance, including media coverage, engagement metrics, brand visibility, and business opportunities generated.

Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, corporate communications, technology marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Proven experience in technology, cybersecurity, IT, telecommunications, SaaS, or enterprise technology sectors is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Pakistan’s technology and media ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, writing, storytelling, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn management, digital marketing, content creation, and corporate communications.
- Ability to confidently engage with senior executives and technical experts.
