AI Case Leads is seeking a talented Full-Stack AI Engineer to contribute to the development and enhancement of our Marketing Intelligence Platform. This platform integrates advertising performance data, creative assets, and CRM outcomes to help the team identify which ads lead to signed cases, understand their success factors, and optimize future campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development skills, experience incorporating AI capabilities into real-world applications, and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Experience in digital marketing, advertising technology, or marketing analytics is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications using TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Develop backend APIs, database schemas, business logic, and frontend interfaces to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Integrate AI models and APIs to create intelligent features, support data analysis, and enable AI-assisted workflows.
- Utilize Python for AI integration, data processing, automation, and backend tasks.
- Construct reliable data pipelines and manage integrations with third-party platforms and APIs.
- Analyze structured data to generate actionable insights from advertising performance and CRM results.
- Enhance application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintain high code quality standards.
- Debug issues, write tests, conduct code reviews, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to break down requirements, estimate workloads, and deliver features on schedule.
- Ensure AI-generated outputs are accurate, reliable, and properly validated.

Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with TypeScript in building production-grade applications.
- Proficiency in React.js for developing modern, responsive user interfaces.
- Solid backend development skills using Node.js, including API design and server-side logic.
- Expertise in PostgreSQL/SQL for database schema design, query writing, relationship management, and performance optimization.
- Practical knowledge of Python for data processing, AI integration, or backend development.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI models, large language model (LLM) APIs, or AI-driven features into applications.
- Familiarity with API integrations, including authentication, error handling, and data synchronization.
- Proficient with Git for version control, branching, pull requests, and collaborative workflows.
- Strong testing and debugging capabilities to deliver maintainable, high-quality code.

Candidates should demonstrate practical AI engineering experience beyond using AI coding assistants. This includes building or integrating AI-powered functionality such as:
- Incorporating LLMs and AI APIs into production systems.
- Developing AI-driven analysis, recommendation, classification, or content generation features.
- Working with structured AI outputs, prompt engineering, and output validation.
- Processing various data types (text, documents, images, video) with AI models.
- Utilizing embeddings, vector search, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Evaluating AI output quality, managing failures, latency, and API costs.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, marketing analytics, or advertising technology.
- Familiarity with advertising platform APIs such as Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and lead or conversion attribution methodologies.
- Experience building dashboards, analytics tools, or data-driven SaaS applications.
- Background in AI-assisted content or creative performance analysis and recommendation systems.
- Exposure to technologies like Supabase, Drizzle ORM, pgvector, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
- Experience deploying and maintaining production applications in cloud or hosted environments.
