Marketing Associate

EvolveDash is a fast-growing software engineering and technology consulting firm serving a wide range of industries including healthcare, financial services, media, retail, education, and industrial operations. We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team and work closely with the CEO and leadership to gain deep insights into the market landscape, competitors, customers, and company positioning. This role involves translating those insights into compelling content that supports both marketing and sales efforts. The position offers significant ownership and influence in shaping how EvolveDash presents itself to technical and business decision-makers across the US and Canada. The role is based in Lahore with flexible options for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research to define and refine EvolveDash’s Ideal Customer Profile and target market segments.
- Analyze competitors’ positioning, services, messaging, strengths, and weaknesses to guide strategic decisions.
- Perform market research, SWOT analysis, and industry studies to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand prospect objections, buying concerns, and frequently asked questions.
- Assist in defining criteria for high-quality target accounts for outbound marketing campaigns.
- Develop detailed case studies from completed client projects by interviewing engineers, project teams, and stakeholders to translate technical work into clear business content.
- Write articles and blog posts on software engineering, technology trends, client challenges, and industry insights.
- Create website copy for service pages, industry-specific pages, landing pages, and case studies.
- Support the production of white papers, reports, and other long-form content.
- Produce executive-level social media content for leadership and company channels.
- Maintain and manage the content calendar, scheduling and publishing content across relevant marketing channels.
- Work closely with leadership to continuously refine EvolveDash’s messaging and market positioning.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, research, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to write clear, professional, and concise content without relying on generic marketing jargon.
- Genuine interest in software, technology, and digital product development.
- Comfortable interviewing technical team members and asking detailed, insightful questions.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly to a business audience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Openness to feedback and willingness to improve work through multiple revisions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of taking ownership of projects.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Familiarity with SEO best practices, LinkedIn content strategies, and B2B demand generation.
