Marketing Coordinator

Premier Choice International is seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the efficient execution of daily marketing operations across its projects. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating marketing activities, tracking team deliverables, managing communication between departments, and ensuring marketing initiatives are completed on schedule. This position demands strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while collaborating with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day marketing activities across all company projects.
- Track team tasks, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion through consistent follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, CRM, Construction, IT, Procurement, and Management to address marketing needs.
- Manage interdepartmental communication to facilitate smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate site branding activities including installation, maintenance, inspections, and vendor management.
- Collect construction updates, site information, photographs, and videos to support marketing content and project progress reports.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, project launches, corporate events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain marketing trackers, meeting minutes, approval records, and progress reports.
- Monitor ongoing activities, identify potential delays proactively, communicate updates, and ensure timely completion of action items.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Marketing Department as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and task-tracking tools.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or a related role is preferred.
