We are looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to join our team in Sialkot. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in marketing FMCG products and a strong track record of generating sales through both existing and new customers. This role involves actively promoting company products by visiting retail shops and building lasting customer relationships. The candidate should be comfortable working outdoors and must have their own bike for field visits. Compensation includes a basic salary plus commission, along with allowances and performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales by engaging with both existing and potential customers.
- Actively market company products through direct visits to shops and retail outlets.
- Monitor market trends and analyze customer behavior to uncover new business opportunities.
- Enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Apply market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods to support marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing FMCG products.
- Proven success as a marketing executive or in a similar role.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in field environments.
- Must own and maintain a bike for official use.
- Age between 28 and 32 years.
- Proficient in using Android mobile devices for communication and reporting.
