Marketing Executive

Karsaz Pvt. Limited, a forward-looking organization specializing in Industrial Plants, Equipment, Machinery, Marine, Port, and Blue Economy projects across Pakistan, is seeking a dynamic and confident Marketing Executive to join its Business Development Department. This position is based in DHA Phase-I, Near Gold Mark, Karachi. Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing and business development initiatives across industrial, infrastructure, marine, and related sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Generate leads, follow up diligently, and maintain an organized database of prospective clients.
- Develop and nurture professional relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, proposals, quotations, and prepare marketing materials.
- Assist in the preparation of company profiles, presentations, and other business development documentation.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and international partners or principals.
- Support various business development initiatives and client engagement activities.
- Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and other marketing events as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA with a specialization in Marketing is preferred.
- Fresh graduates up to 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Business Development, B2B Sales, Engineering Sales, or Industrial/Technical Products are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in B2B marketing and business development.
- Good command of English communication and business correspondence.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- High level of integrity, commitment, and professional conduct.
