Marketing Executive

Climax Suite is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services, generate leads, and foster strong relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of Climax Suite’s products and services.
- Identify potential customers and actively generate new business leads.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, monitor market trends, and uncover new business opportunities.
- Manage social media marketing efforts and support digital marketing campaigns to increase brand engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare marketing proposals, presentations, and promotional materials to support sales initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports to assess effectiveness.
- Explore and evaluate new marketing channels and opportunities to boost brand awareness.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business networking events.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities and generate leads.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
