Marketing Executive (Real Estate)

Lakhani Group of Companies is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to support the marketing efforts for Lakhani Group, Lakhani Park Vista (LPV), and upcoming real estate projects. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing digital marketing activities, enhancing brand visibility, and driving lead generation initiatives. This position requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with various teams to ensure successful marketing campaigns and project promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posts.
- Coordinate the creation and publication of posts, reels, videos, and other promotional campaigns.
- Assist in digital marketing efforts, including lead generation and increasing brand awareness.
- Work closely with creative teams such as designers, video editors, and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and conduct competitor research to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with Sales and Management teams to support marketing strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of marketing experience, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation tools.
- Strong communication skills combined with creativity and excellent organizational abilities.

Compensation and Work Environment:
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs 35,000 to Rs 40,000. The role requires working on-site, providing an opportunity to engage directly with the team and projects.
