Marketing Executive (Real Estate)

Lakhani Group of Companies is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to support the marketing activities for the group’s various real estate projects, including Lakhani Park Vista (LPV) and upcoming developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing efforts, increasing brand visibility, and coordinating promotional campaigns to generate leads and raise awareness about the projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can work closely with different teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content through well-planned content calendars.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of posts, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Support digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and enhancing brand awareness.
- Collaborate with creative teams, including designers, video editors, and content creators, to develop effective marketing materials.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales and Management teams to align marketing initiatives with overall project goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing tools, and content creation techniques.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and excellent organizational capabilities.

Compensation and Work Environment:
- Monthly salary range: Rs35,000 to Rs40,000.
- On-site work location, requiring physical presence at the office.
