We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic female marketing intern to join our Lahore branch. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international logistics marketing and customer relations, with a clear path to permanent employment for high performers.

The Marketing Intern will act as a key point of contact between the company and its clients. Responsibilities include engaging with customers through outbound and inbound calls, managing queries, and providing accurate information about our logistics services. The intern will also welcome walk-in clients, offer detailed shipping quotes, and support client relationship management to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Proactively reach out to potential customers, make cold and warm calls, and follow up with existing clients to promote AAA Cargo’s services.
- Query Management: Handle incoming customer calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve service-related questions professionally and efficiently.
- Front Desk / Walk-In Service: Greet and assist walk-in clients at the office, explain our logistics solutions, and provide accurate shipping rates and quotes.
- Client Relationship Building: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and smooth communication.

Required Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior marketing experience are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided.
- Gender: This internship is exclusively open to female candidates.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, confident phone presence, and a customer-oriented mindset are essential.
- Location: Candidates must be based in or able to commute to Lahore.
