Marketing Intern

Derma Shine Skincare is seeking a creative and dedicated Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. The role involves supporting the marketing team in various activities aimed at enhancing our brand presence and engaging with our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating engaging skincare content tailored for social media platforms.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products and brand initiatives.
- Monitor current beauty trends, competitor activities, and analyze audience insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Coordinate daily marketing tasks in collaboration with the team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Contribute creative ideas for social media reels, captions, product highlights, and basic graphic designs.

Required Qualifications:
- Genuine passion for skincare and beauty-related content.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing principles and practices.
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar applications is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This internship is a 3-month program with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role based on performance.
- Working hours are from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.
- The position is open exclusively to female candidates.
- The internship is in-person, providing direct interaction with the team and hands-on experience.
- Monthly stipend of Rs 25,000 is offered.
