Horti Club, a leading provider of landscaping solutions based in Lahore, Pakistan, is looking for a skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to lead its B2B field marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in B2B field marketing, with a strong focus on developing corporate relationships and driving business growth within the horticulture, landscaping, and green-space management industries. This full-time role requires a results-driven professional who can identify new business opportunities, manage client interactions, and contribute to the company’s revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective B2B field marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and engage with potential corporate clients, including housing societies, real estate developers, construction firms, and government departments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to secure landscaping and horticulture projects.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and other business development activities to promote company services.
- Monitor and identify new projects, tenders, and market trends to stay ahead of competitors.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Prepare detailed marketing reports, maintain accurate client databases, and track competitor activities.
- Collaborate closely with management and project teams to develop proposals and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in B2B field marketing or business development roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in corporate sales, project marketing, and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel frequently for client meetings.
- Familiarity with the landscaping, horticulture, construction, or real estate sectors is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%) to meet client needs and explore new business opportunities.
- The position is based in Lahore and requires in-person work.
- Competitive salary range of Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 100,000 per month, with commission opportunities negotiable and to be discussed during the interview process.
