Marketing Manager - Financial Services

Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager on behalf of its client in the financial services and stock brokerage industry. This full-time, onsite position is based in Karachi and requires a professional with 5 to 8+ years of relevant marketing experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand presence and drive business growth within a competitive financial sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and brand-building campaigns to support business objectives.
- Manage Meta Ads, social media advertising, and other digital campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Lead email marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs to nurture client relationships.
- Drive SEO and digital marketing efforts to improve online visibility and search rankings.
- Oversee social media channels, including content planning and campaign calendar management.
- Monitor marketing analytics, prepare detailed reports, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Utilize marketing tools, platforms, integrations, and digital technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Take full ownership of the marketing function and proactively identify new opportunities for growth.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 to 8+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within financial services, fintech, banking, brokerage, or investment sectors.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, digital advertising, SEO, social media management, email marketing, and campaign execution.
- Proficient in marketing analytics, reporting, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills combined with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the marketing function.

Preferred Qualifications
- An MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline will be considered an advantage.
