Marketing Manager, Islamabad

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to join a growing milk business based in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, recruiting and managing an outdoor marketing team, and leading door-to-door B2B sales efforts. This role requires a hands-on approach to expanding the client base by targeting shops, retailers, restaurants, and other potential business customers. The position offers a competitive basic salary with additional commission based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage an outdoor marketing team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Plan and implement door-to-door B2B marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Approach and build relationships with shops, retailers, restaurants, and other potential clients to increase market penetration.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans aimed at boosting sales and expanding the company’s market reach.
- Set clear sales targets and continuously monitor team performance to meet or exceed objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing or sales roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage a field marketing team.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to develop and execute sales strategies.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in the dairy or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry will be considered an advantage.
- Competitive salary range of PKR 45,000 to 60,000 basic pay, supplemented by performance-based commission.
- Full-time position based in Islamabad with in-person work requirements.
