Marketing Manager

Nafees Jewellers, a reputable name in fine jewellery since 1974, is seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Executive to lead its digital marketing efforts at the Liberty Market location in Lahore. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 80,000 to 120,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns, and overseeing creative content production to drive brand growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement monthly marketing plans and promotional campaigns, including product launches, seasonal collections, and special events.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences.
- Create and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent brand communication across platforms.
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
- Independently manage digital advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
- Monitor campaign results and prepare regular performance reports.
- Develop strategies to generate qualified customer inquiries and maximize return on ad spend.
- Manage and expand the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Conceptualize and coordinate jewellery photography and video shoots, preparing mood boards and creative briefs.
- Supervise photographers, videographers, models, and external creative teams as needed.
- Plan and produce engaging digital content aligned with the brand’s identity.
- Design social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials using Canva, applying knowledge of layout, typography, and branding.
- Edit and prepare visual content for digital campaigns, ensuring a consistent and professional visual identity.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries via Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp, coordinating with the sales team to provide accurate product information and timely follow-ups.

Required Qualifications

- Proven ability to independently plan and execute marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design skills.
- Strong creative thinking and campaign conceptualization abilities.
- Experience in social media management and content planning.
- Understanding of photography, video production, and creative direction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
- A proactive, organized, and results-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
