MARKETING MANAGER

Royal Solar Energy (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and manage all aspects of ATL, BTL, conventional marketing, brand management, and market activation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented marketing professional capable of developing effective strategies, enhancing brand visibility, managing impactful campaigns, and driving business growth across Pakistan. This role requires hands-on leadership to oversee marketing operations and collaborate with various teams to strengthen the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ATL, BTL, and conventional marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage brand positioning, increase brand awareness, and execute market activation campaigns.
- Plan and supervise outdoor advertising, including billboards, print media, electronic media, and broadcast campaigns.
- Organize and coordinate exhibitions, events, promotional activities, and market activations to engage target audiences.
- Drive dealer, distributor, and channel marketing initiatives to support sales and distribution networks.
- Support market expansion efforts and reinforce brand presence throughout Pakistan.
- Oversee marketing budgets, media buying processes, vendor relationships, and ensure campaign ROI.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong expertise in ATL, BTL, traditional/conventional marketing, and brand management.
- Proven track record in managing outdoor advertising, media buying, events, exhibitions, and trade/channel marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the solar, renewable energy, electrical, or consumer electronics industries is highly desirable.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. The working schedule is Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Candidates must be willing to work from the specified location.
