Marketing Project Manager (3+)

ScaleMax Digital is urgently seeking a skilled and proactive Marketing Project Manager / Coordinator to join our team based in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working within a digital marketing agency environment, managing international clients, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects. A strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination:
Plan, organize, and oversee multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously. Coordinate efforts among SEO specialists, content writers, designers, developers, and paid advertising teams. Develop project timelines, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are consistently met. Monitor deliverables, identify potential delays, and proactively resolve any project-related issues. Maintain project trackers, task boards, and provide regular progress reports.

International Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned international clients. Communicate project updates, timelines, deliverables, and performance progress clearly and professionally. Understand client requirements, gather feedback, and relay revisions to relevant teams. Manage client expectations and ensure timely follow-ups on pending approvals, assets, and information. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Digital Marketing Knowledge:
Possess a solid understanding of core digital marketing services including SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, Google Ads, and website development. Coordinate SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, content updates, and performance reporting. Understand campaign objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics to support effective project execution. Collaborate with specialists to ensure marketing strategies align with client goals.

Team Collaboration & Reporting:
Conduct regular internal follow-ups to track task completion and project progress. Prepare weekly updates, meeting agendas, client reports, and action items. Ensure client feedback is communicated accurately to relevant teams. Identify bottlenecks and work collaboratively with team members to find practical solutions. Maintain clear documentation of project requirements, decisions, and deliverables.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and marketing projects.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confidence in communicating directly with international clients.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and solution-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with clients from the USA, Canada, UK, or other international markets.
- Previous roles as a Marketing Project Manager, Account Manager, Project Coordinator, or Digital Marketing Project Manager.
- Experience coordinating remote teams and managing multiple service deliverables.
- Ability to understand client business goals and translate them into clear project tasks and priorities.
