We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sales Associate to join our team at Jillani Glass. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities, nurturing strong client relationships, and effectively promoting our products and services. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills, ideally with experience in the glass, facade, construction, or building materials sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and client visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, including contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and developers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales inquiries to close deals.
- Promote company products and services to potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay competitive.
- Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and track performance against targets.
- Follow up with clients on ongoing projects, payments, and potential future business.
- Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in lead generation, deal closure, and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as needed.
