Marketing & Sales Country Head – Garment Industry

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Country Head to spearhead our business growth across the nation. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in B2B sales within the garment or textile industry, demonstrating a proven track record in managing key accounts, expanding distribution channels, and driving revenue growth. Experience in retail sales will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive nationwide B2B sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth by managing key accounts, distributors, wholesalers, and corporate clients effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and marketing teams to enhance performance and meet targets.
- Strengthen the company’s brand presence and improve market positioning through targeted initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong emphasis on B2B business development within the garment or textile sector.
- Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts and distribution networks.
