Marketing & Sales Executive (Intern)

Magma3C, a Lahore-based technology company specializing in software and digital products for businesses, universities, and startups across Pakistan, is offering an internship opportunity with a pathway to a permanent role. Located in Garden Town, Lahore, this on-site position starts with a 2-3 month internship period, followed by a performance review that may lead to a full-time offer. The initial monthly stipend ranges from PKR 20,000 to 30,000, with potential increases based on sales and performance. Magma3C’s portfolio includes products such as IPPBX (Cloud PBX and call centers), Email.biz.pk (email marketing platform), HelpDesk (WhatsApp business inbox), Info.org.pk (business directory), and IT stores like it.biz.pk and projector.com.pk, serving notable clients including Punjab University and PAC Institutes.

Key Responsibilities

You will serve as the primary point of contact between Magma3C and prospective clients. Your role involves introducing and promoting a diverse range of products through phone, email, and WhatsApp communications, as well as supporting social media management. Daily cold calling to companies, institutes, hospitals, clinics, and call centers will be conducted using provided call scripts. You will explain product features clearly, align solutions with client needs, and schedule free demos and consultations for the sales team.

Managing email outreach is crucial, including organizing prospect data by sector and location, sending personalized campaigns using Email.biz.pk, and following up promptly via WhatsApp and phone while maintaining detailed lead records. Social media responsibilities include assisting with the management of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages for Magma3C and its brands, supporting ad campaigns, tracking performance, and collaborating with design and content teams to create marketing materials.

Regular reporting on outreach activities such as calls made, emails sent, responses received, demos booked, and deals closed is expected. Additionally, researching competitors and market trends to refine sales pitches and learning about audience targeting, budget management, and campaign optimization will be part of your ongoing development.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong spoken and written communication skills in both Urdu and English, along with confidence in phone interactions. A basic understanding of social media platforms and Facebook/Instagram advertising is essential. Familiarity with email marketing tools is advantageous. Attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary for maintaining accurate lead records and follow-ups. Creativity and a good eye for content and design will help in supporting marketing efforts. The ability and willingness to learn technical products and explain them simply is important. Self-motivation and comfort working towards targets in a fast-paced team environment are required.
