Marketing & Sales Executive

Wise Auction / Wise Wheels is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Lahore. This full-time, field-based role involves engaging directly with car showrooms and automobile dealerships to promote our services and expand our business network. The successful candidate will be confident in building relationships with showroom owners and dealers, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit car showrooms and dealerships to introduce and promote Wise Auction / Wise Wheels services.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with showroom owners, dealers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the company’s network of showrooms and dealers.
- Clearly communicate company offerings and collaboration possibilities to potential clients.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert prospects into business partners.
- Conduct regular field visits in assigned areas and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding leads, client requirements, and business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the automotive sector.
- Meet assigned sales, marketing, and business development targets.
- Prepare regular reports detailing showroom visits, leads generated, and overall business progress.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, field operations, or business development is advantageous.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
- Confidence in engaging with showroom owners, dealers, and potential business partners.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage daily field visits.
- Target-oriented mindset with excellent relationship-building capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with car showrooms or dealerships, is a plus.

- Competitive salary package ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills.
