We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused female sales staff to join our vibrant sales team. The successful candidates will be instrumental in assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role is essential in helping the store meet and surpass its sales goals while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for all shoppers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in a professional manner.
- Provide comprehensive information about products and services to support customers in making well-informed choices.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organized appearance of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping atmosphere.
- Stock shelves and manage inventory to guarantee product availability at all times.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Accurately process cash and card transactions using POS systems.
- Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and new product arrivals to effectively communicate these to customers.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Matriculation or Intermediate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance that aligns with the store’s image.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
