Marketing, Social Media & Graphic Designing Internee

A.R. Brothers is offering a 3-month unpaid internship opportunity in Rawalpindi for motivated, creative, and energetic female candidates residing locally. This full-time, on-site internship is designed to provide practical experience in digital marketing, social media management, graphic designing, content creation, branding, and sales support. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to various marketing functions within a professional setting, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop skills and contribute to real projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Create, design, and schedule engaging posts to enhance brand presence.
- Assist in graphic designing tasks for posts, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Write captions, promotional content, and social media copy to boost audience engagement.
- Support marketing and branding campaigns aimed at increasing visibility and interaction.
- Monitor and analyze audience engagement metrics across platforms.
- Update website content and assist with various digital marketing activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Make outbound calls for lead generation and customer engagement efforts.
- Assist the sales and marketing team in converting qualified leads into sales.
- Strive to achieve a minimum of five confirmed sales during the internship (optional, part of performance evaluation).
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and discipline throughout the internship.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet organizational needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate (FA/FSc).
- Graduation in relevant fields such as BA, BBA, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degrees in Marketing, Media Studies, Communication, or Graphic Design (BA/BBA/BS Marketing, BS Media Studies, BS Communication, BS Graphic Design) are highly preferred.

- Working Hours: 4 hours daily with two shifts available – 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

This internship is exclusively open to female candidates based in Rawalpindi. Candidates must be able to work on-site and commit to the specified schedule. The internship certificate will be awarded only after successful completion of the program, demonstrating satisfactory performance and adherence to organizational standards.
