Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute surf trips that cater to a variety of skill levels, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all participants.
- Manage logistics including travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and activity scheduling to guarantee smooth operations.
- Collaborate with local surf guides and partners to provide authentic and safe surfing environments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing detailed trip information, and supporting clients before, during, and after their surf adventures.
- Promote BreakAway Surf’s offerings through various marketing channels to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor and evaluate trip feedback to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of surf destinations, weather conditions, and travel regulations to ensure compliance and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in travel coordination, event planning, or a related field, preferably within the adventure or surf tourism industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, partners, and team members.
- Passion for surfing and outdoor adventure, with a good understanding of surf culture and terminology.
- Proficiency in using booking systems, CRM software, and standard office applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
