Marketing Team Lead

Max Holding Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Marketing Team Lead with 1 to 2 years of experience to spearhead marketing efforts and lead a skilled team. This role involves taking full ownership of marketing execution strategies, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with leadership potential, eager to grow professionally and contribute to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Guidance: Lead and support a small team comprising content creators, designers, and execution executives to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement both digital and traditional marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating quality leads.
Content Management: Manage content creation for social media platforms, websites, and offline marketing materials to maintain brand consistency.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as ROI, engagement rates, and traffic data to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in core marketing roles such as digital marketing, brand management, or campaign execution. Experience in team leadership or project coordination is highly advantageous.
Core Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media algorithms, and basic SEO principles.
- Proven leadership and project management capabilities, with sound decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
