SIAR DIGITAL is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Marketing & Web QA Executive to join their quality assurance team. Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update launch and sale checklists to ensure readiness for website updates and marketing campaigns. Manage quality assurance processes for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Oversee the smooth go-live of websites, ensuring no critical issues disrupt web operations. Work on improving the entire shopping experience, from the initial landing on the site through to post-purchase follow-ups. Monitor site performance, analyze customer behavior, and leverage analytics to enhance user experience. Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any critical functionality or operational issues before website launches. Maintain effective communication and foster strong relationships across departments to align QA processes and standards.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; candidates currently pursuing their degree are also encouraged to apply. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or a related field. A basic understanding of website functionality and quality assurance methodologies is essential. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously are necessary. Good communication and teamwork skills are important to collaborate effectively across departments. Knowledge of the fashion and e-commerce market is essential to understand product and customer context.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in QA with at least one year preferred. This is a full-time, onsite position based in DHA Phase 1, Karachi, Pakistan. The working hours are during the morning shift. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs90,000.
