Marketplace Catalogue & Listing Executive (Night Shift)

The workM98M LTD is a UK-based online retailer operating for nearly two years across several well-established marketplace accounts. Our Lahore office, situated at Global Heights, Johar Town, supports the UK business by managing product listings, order processing, and customer service. This role plays a vital part in optimizing product listings by ensuring accurate titles, complete item specifics, and high-quality images to enhance sales potential. Comprehensive training is provided, focusing on accuracy and efficiency rather than prior experience. Please note, this is a night shift position from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, aligned with UK trading hours, and requires on-site presence in Johar Town.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new product listings from the ground up, including crafting titles, item specifics, descriptions, images, and selecting appropriate categories.
- Perform keyword research to create effective titles within platform character limits, avoiding assumptions.
- Complete every item specific with precision, as missing details can significantly reduce product visibility.
- Analyze competitor listings to identify ranking factors and enhance our own listings accordingly.
- Review listings for potential trademark, brand, and compatibility-claim issues before publishing.
- Keep stock levels, pricing, and listing information current and accurate.
- Implement listing revisions as requested by the advertising team during scheduled reviews.
- Quickly address listing errors and policy flags to maintain the health of marketplace accounts.
- Consistently use in-house tools and templates, following established processes and guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient written English skills to create clear, customer-facing content.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills, with confidence in conducting internet research.
- Exceptional attention to detail, capable of spotting minor errors before they impact listings.
- Ability to learn and adhere to documented processes reliably.
- Dependability and punctuality for night shift work, with mandatory on-site attendance in Johar Town.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience with marketplace or e-commerce listings is beneficial but not essential.
- Fresh graduates with solid computer skills are welcome to apply; full training will be provided.
- Basic image editing skills are an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 40,000 to Rs 45,000, commensurate with skills.
- Full-time, permanent role with a minimum one-year contract, renewable thereafter.
- Work hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, including a one-hour break from 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM.
- The position is based on-site at Global Heights, Johar Town, Lahore.
