Marketplace Catalogue & Listing Executive (Night Shift)

M98M LTD is a UK-based online retailer operating for approximately two years across multiple established marketplace accounts. Our Lahore office, located at Global Heights, Johar Town, manages product listings, order processing, and customer service to support the UK business. This role is critical in ensuring that product listings are optimized with accurate titles, detailed item specifics, and high-quality images, directly impacting sales performance. Full training is provided, and while prior experience is beneficial, we prioritize precision, speed, and attention to detail over years of experience. Please note, this position requires working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM on-site in Johar Town to align with UK trading hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Create new product listings from scratch, including titles, item specifics, descriptions, images, and categories.
- Conduct keyword research to write optimized titles within platform character limits, avoiding guesswork.
- Accurately complete every item specific, as missing details often prevent products from being found.
- Analyze competitor listings to understand ranking factors and apply insights to improve our listings.
- Review each listing for trademark, brand, and compatibility claims to mitigate risk before publishing.
- Maintain up-to-date stock levels, pricing, and listing information.
- Implement revisions requested by the advertising team during scheduled review cycles.
- Quickly resolve listing errors and policy flags to protect account health and compliance.
- Follow established processes using in-house tools and templates consistently.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient written English skills, capable of crafting clear and customer-friendly content.
- Strong computer literacy, fast and accurate typing, and confident internet research abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct small errors proactively.
- Ability to learn and consistently follow documented procedures.
- Reliable and punctual, able to commit to the night shift schedule on-site in Johar Town.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with marketplace or e-commerce listings is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with strong computer skills are encouraged to apply; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Basic image editing skills are a valuable bonus.

Terms and Conditions
- Monthly salary ranging from Rs 40,000 to Rs 45,000, commensurate with skills.
- Full-time, permanent position based on-site at Global Heights, Johar Town, Lahore.
- Night shift hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, including a one-hour break from 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM.
- Minimum one-year contract, with the possibility of renewal after the first year.
- Exclusive employment with M98M LTD during the contract period.
