Administration Executive

We are looking to hire Administration Executive with ability to manage Sales Coordination. The candidate must also have experience in FMCG or construction industry (Preference will be given to those who have experience in Building material)

ADMINISTRATION:

Organize and maintain the maintenance of HR records, Office expenses , bill payments, electronic and paper, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentially.
Processes documentation and prepare reports relating to employment activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation etc.)
Complete various filing duties for Sales and Admin.
Ensure all the staff is following company's policies.
Monthly report submission to Senior Management from the e-report to CEO.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management
Graduate witrh 4 years experience (preferably in construction industry)
