As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for leading our junior marketing team and driving business development activities in the digital health sector.

  • Your primary focus will be on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and increasing brand awareness within the US-based clinic market.
  • You will utilize your expertise in marketing strategies, digital tools, and healthcare industry knowledge to effectively promote our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance and support in executing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans targeting US-based clinics, including lead generation, outreach, and follow-up activities.
  • Utilize various channels such as calls, emails, Mailchimp, Zoho, and social media to engage with potential clients and maintain ongoing communication.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partnerships within the digital health space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, including webinars, podcasts, digital content, and social media ads.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client meetings, discovery sessions, and presentations, leveraging your expertise in the digital health industry.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on business development, preferably in the digital health sector.
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management, particularly within the US-based clinic market.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, backlinks, Mailchimp, Zoho, and social media advertising.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
