We’re looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager who is also a Meta Ads Expert to take full ownership of our social media presence and paid campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who can both manage content and drive results through targeted Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand goals
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Build and manage a content calendar
Monitor trends, engage with followers, and grow the online community
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Meta Ads Expertise:
Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
Define targeting, ad creatives, copy, and budget allocation
Optimize ads for performance (CPC, ROAS, conversions, etc.)
Track, analyze, and report ad performance using Meta Ads Manager
A/B test creatives and audiences to refine campaigns
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management and Meta advertising
Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and audience targeting
Excellent written communication and visual storytelling skills
Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing metrics and generating reports
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
Nice to Have:
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Experience with lead generation or e-commerce campaigns
Knowledge of other ad platforms (Google, TikTok, LinkedIn)
