- Participate in the testing & commissioning, handover and implementation of the HVAC system in accordance with compliance and requirements.
- Identify any snags, defects and generate a report on the corrective measures
- Strong team skills, but candidate has the ability to manage shifts in which they are the only Plant Operations Staff on duty.
Operates the HVAC system including:
- Chillers, Boilers and related Pumps
- Cooling Towers, including the testing and documentation of the water treatment system
- Room environmental control systems including thermostats and VAV’s
- Exhaust fans
- Operate and maintain industrial domestic water heaters, booster pumps, and mixing valves.
- Operates and maintains Air Compressors and Vacuum Pumps
- Knowledge of Fire Suppression and Detection systems
- Performs Preventative Maintenance to established schedule, including required documentation.
- Responds to emergency situations during or after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns
- Should provide a high level of customer’s service to the Client and Site Personnel.
- Carry out other duties as directed by the line management
