You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling Calls.
- Providing accurate information about our products/services.
- Maintaining customer records and updating information in the CRM system.
- Meet productivity, performance and accuracy targets as set by management.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with professionalism.
- Generate Sales.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
