We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Verifiers to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Sales team. The Senior Verifier will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of verification processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO Operations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate and convince the customers effectively.

Responsibilities:

Conduct verification calls to ensure the accuracy of information provided by customers.
Verify and cross-check details such as personal information, financial data, and other relevant information.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards.
Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions during verification calls.
Maintain accurate records of verification activities, including findings, outcomes, and any necessary corrections.
Follow established procedures and guidelines for data verification and quality control.
Adhere to established verification procedures and protocols.
Meet productivity, performance and accuracy targets as set by management.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in Call Centre Industry.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry programs.
